Halcyon provides exceptional care to her patients and families every day. Her recent care for a patient at the end of life deserves recognition. 

Her clinical expertise and dedication to patient care and outcomes were outstanding. Further to this, she provided compassionate, non-judgemental and deeply supportive care to the patient’s family – a large family with complex support needs. 

Halcyon went above and beyond to make sure the family felt heard, respected, and cared for during an incredibly difficult time. 

The family shared with me on multiple occasions how wonderful Halcyon is and how impactful her presence was. Her kindness meant so much to them.
