Our experiences at Encompass have been outstanding. The care and concern shown by the staff is very impressive. Jeri stands out to us because of her loving and compassionate care.

Her visits to our room were enjoyable and informative. She didn't just check off the boxes but took the time to question, explain, and advise on the best way to make our family member comfortable. Her concerns for his well-being were over and above what was expected. Her punctuality with his pain meds was impressive. She even went to the gym to hunt him down to give him his pain meds, making sure that his pain did not get out of control.

This extra effort really impressed us. Jeri even came by later in the week while she was assigned to a different area to check on his progress. An effort we thought went over and above. Finally, we believe she was responsible for arranging a guest tray to be delivered to our room so that we could eat meals together. This extra effort meant so much to us since during our last visit, we left to eat our meals.
