Kayla has an incredible sense of exceptional skill and dedication.
Integrity- Kayla was always honest and straightforward with me. She was also very empathetic to how I was feeling.
Commitment- Every night, Kayla was focused and dedicated to my care. There was one night, I'm not sure she even had a restroom/dinner break. I was in high demand of her attention and care, and she always showed up. I felt that she was very dedicated to my care, and I sincerely appreciate that quality

Advocacy- During her unwavering attention to my care , she realized that I had not gone to the bathroom for several hours (Like 8 or more). She did a bladder scan, and we managed to get a urine sample. As it turned out, I had a UTI. She notified someone on my team to determine what the next steps were. Had it not been for her keen attention to detail and follow-through, the UTI may have gone undetected.
Respect (And may I add honor)- Kayla was always very respectful to me, and I was to her. There was a respectful admiration from me to her as well as between us both. You know that she has a sense of honor about her; you can feel it.
