Jennifer's peer write:
Jennifer is a great educator because she makes it a point to involve herself in every aspect of what is happening in the units. From Med Surg to IR, she is always willing to help educate/work with vendors, or whatever it takes to assist our nursing staff with any gaps in their processes.
I love how excited she is every day about the day-to-day activities of her job. Every time she speaks up in a safety huddle, she exudes positivity and enthusiasm for new training opportunities for our nursing teams.
Her passion to be the best, good enough isn’t good enough when we could be better.
Jennifer possesses excellent communication skills, getting messages across in training/education sessions; she is very articulate, clear, and concise. She also demonstrates the ability to be flexible when necessary. (i.e., plan, educate, and train accordingly). Another characteristic of a great educator is that she is the knowledge expert of the subject matter.
She works hard to ensure our nurses and CNAs are providing safe patient care. She is a great educator.
Jennifer is a true team player and always proactively looks for ways to bring evidence-based practice to our nursing staff. She is passionate about education and inspires others.
For us in the OR, she is always on top of our mock codes, LMS, and new education for anything related to surgery. She gives her all to make sure we have what we need. She sets the staff up for success.
She is one educator for one million nurses for one million things.
