Nursing provides holistic care, and today she significantly improved her patient's mental and emotional well-being by giving him a full spa treatment. From a true shampoo in the sink, to a shaved goatee and eyebrows, haircut, and more. Kristina provided care that rarely occurs in the inpatient setting. 40 days in the hospital can be disheartening and depressing. She gave her patient a renewed outlook, and his entire demeanor changed. I am proud of her for the impact she makes on others and feel she deserves recognition for exemplary care.
