I have been a patient in this hospital many times in the past 40 years! Always have I been greeted and treated with respect and honor. During my current stay here, I have had complete respect, and every employee is absolutely up to all professional and competent standards. However, I must say that Ms. Delana Yates has gone way above and beyond. During my stay, I was very emotionally distraught by my heart issue and my cellulitis. Ms. Delana knew I was white-knuckled and took complete charge of my case. She spent a lot of time making calls to Doctors and using trial-and-error approaches. She stabilized my heart rate after many attempts to lower it. She ignored the fact that I was angry all the while. She made my day 100% better and more than possibly saved my life. She deserves recognition.

Delana always goes the extra mile for her patients, truly caring about their well-being and comfort. She takes time to provide care not expected of her, like making sure her patients are showered and shaved. She is always willing to help her fellow nurses and nursing staff and often has a positive attitude. Her care and efforts are very much appreciated.
