I would like to recognize Nurse Alaa for his outstanding care and kindness during my stay. Alaa is one of the most uplifting and compassionate nurses I have ever met. He has a very bubbly and positive personality that immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease, even in a hospital setting. He not only provided excellent medical care, but also made me laugh, feel safe, and feel truly cared for.

As someone with a vision condition, I move and process things more slowly. Alaa was incredibly patient—he never rushed me, always took extra care to explain everything clearly, and paid close attention to the smallest details to ensure I understood what was happening. His words were always kind, polite, and encouraging, which made a huge difference in my comfort and overall experience.

What stood out the most was the way he uplifted my spirit through his kindness and humor. He combined professionalism with genuine human warmth, which made my hospital stay much easier. I am deeply grateful for Alaa’s care. He embodies the compassion, patience, and excellence that nursing is all about.
