Caitlin shows empathy and compassion for the patient. She shows this exemplary type of work ethic to the team of nurses that she leads.
Two and a half years ago, the Nurse Advice Team was created. No greater gift to patients and staff is Caitlin's presence. Fast thinking, precise, detail-oriented, compassionate, empathetic, brilliant, humbling, great listener, kind, personable, talented, outstanding in every aspect of perfection
Her vast knowledge base, raised amongst a strong nursing family, parallels her own personal rare disease diagnosis and loss of her true love, inspiring her gift of educating others while identifying with our patient population and colleagues. She is the backbone of our success story, Caitlin, our Lead Nurse-Nurse Practitioner, the definition of providing 100% healthcare, focusing on treating the whole body
We know how blessed we are and want the world to know just how fortunate we’ve become. Thank you, Caitli.n You are so treasured.

Caitlin is an amazing clinical leader at the Nurse Advice Center (NAC). She is very knowledgeable, hardworking, kind, and a great team player. She genuinely cares about our patients and staff on the team and works hard to advocate for everyone.
There have been many times when I have needed additional support with a complex triage call, and Caitlin has always been happy to assist. We are lucky to have Caitlin at NAC!

I have worked for CHA’s Nurse Advice Line for about 2 years now. Transitioning from ambulatory nursing (which I had been doing at CHA for 35 years) was a hard adjustment to make. One person who was always available when I needed anything whatsoever since day one is our Clinical Nurse Leader, Caitlin Martin. She is only a chat message, text, or phone call away if anyone on our team has a difficult patient or questions about any part of our job.
She holds weekly huddles where we, as a team, are in a safe space to talk about our day-to-day issues, trials, and triumphs. She will, without hesitation, jump in to help grab calls that have been waiting in the queue. When our nurse manager is away, she always keeps our department running smoothly without any hiccups. Her professionalism, empathy, and love of nursing are seen in every interaction (from staff and patients).
I am honored to work with an amazing nurse colleague!

Caitlin is competent, compassionate, and the hardest-working nurse I know. She is a wealth of knowledge and invested in our team's success. I know when I call her I will get the best advice and assistance and I can count on her every single time.
In between writing manuals, planning huddles and speakers, fielding all the RN calls for assistance, meetings she has, keeping us up to date on current policies, procedures, and changes, she also does her own research on topics we've been discussing and fills us all in on what she's found.
Despite the huge amount of tasks she takes on, she manages to have a great attitude, and we all appreciate that so much. Caitlin is extraordinary. She's just the best.

Caitlin shows empathy and compassion for the patient. She shows this exemplary type of work ethic to the team of nurses that she leads. What is great about her his how she yearns to share her nursing expertise with staff. We can always rely on her to share the latest research on matters that will impact our patient community.
