Myrrha was extremely sweet, caring, and reassuring. During my infusion she was making sure I was feeling alright at every step of the process, explaining what she was doing, and making sure I was comfortable. She made sure I had everything I needed, whether that was asking if I wanted the light dim, asking if I wanted a blanket, bringing me cups of soup, and taking my trash for me without asking. When I needed a warm towel to help find my vein she made sure to check it wasn't too hot. If I felt pain with the needle or tourniquet, she comforted me and made sure to be gentle as possible.

Myrrha called me “my dear” and “sweetie” throughout the infusion, making me feel genuinely cared for. She was also very kind to my mom, who was with me during the infusion. My mom commented to me on how sweetly Myrrha treated me. She was even kind enough to find out the brand of soup they had for me, because I like it so much and requested multiple cups. The entire experience for 2+ hours was warm and welcoming.
