My husband was here for what we believed would be a relatively short stay. However, due to extreme and unforeseeable circumstances he endured during this admission, it turned out to be a much longer stay. I am beyond disappointed with how several things were handled during this admission. On the other hand, we had a pleasant encounter with Lisann, who helped us through some tough times. Lisann was compassionate, respectful, integral, empathetic, and professional at all times. Lisann worked closely with her team and responded with a sense of urgency to meet our needs. She is a leader who sets an example and upholds a high standard of care for both my husband and me. She operates with excellence and is a skilled nurse leader.
