Jacklin was truly fantastic. I came in very afraid and feeling horrible, but she was patient, reassuring, and explained everything as it was being administered. When the team had difficulty getting a line, Jacklin came in and quickly placed one with little pain.

When you are scared and someone can make you feel safe, that is a special quality that many do not possess. She is great. Her skills were outstanding in every way. I worked at Henry Ford for years, and I’ve seen the nurses who are angels, the ones who help others from their hearts. Jacklin is one of them.

As she buzzed around working hard, I felt more and more secure that she was going to take good care of me. She went out of her way in every aspect of my care. Her joyous spirit, strong work ethic, and deep empathy stood out.

Jacklin should be seen as a role model. Thank you, Jacklin, and good job, Corewell, for having such an outstanding nurse.
