His commitment to evidence-based improvement underscores his devotion to excellence in nursing education.
BJ has also made significant contributions to Kaiser Permanente Irvine Medical Center’s Magnet designation. He played a key role in creating the medical center–specific Magnet handbook and has been instrumental in writing several Magnet documents, efforts that directly contributed to the organization's successful two-time Magnet designation. His ongoing commitment and expertise continue to support what is sure to be a third successful designation.
