There were many times when I felt anxious or uncertain, but Nancy always knew how to ease my fears.
My deepest gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional care I received from Nurse Nancy during my stay at Prisma Hospital. From the very first moment I met her, I felt reassured and at ease, knowing I was in such capable, compassionate hands. The professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness she demonstrated truly made a world of difference in my stay. Nancy went above and beyond, not only in providing excellent medical care but also in offering emotional support. Whether it was explaining my treatment plan in a way I could understand, answering my endless questions with patience, or simply sitting with me during a difficult moment, she made me feel heard, respected, and cared for as a person, not just a patient. There were many times when I felt anxious or uncertain, but Nancy always knew how to ease my fears. The level of empathy and kindness she showed made me feel like I wasn't just another patient, but someone truly cared for. It's rare to encounter someone who combines skill with such a genuine, compassionate nature.

My mother had surgery, and we were there for 7 days. The entire nursing team was very diligent and answered all our questions about the doubts we had. I live in Florida, and I traveled on an emergency trip, and the hospital was my home for these days, and the medical team was my family. They helped my mom with everything she needed medically. They even made me feel very comfortable during the stay. Before we went home, they made sure to teach me how to change my mother's bandages. A fabulous team of nurses, thank you for making my mother's illness more bearable.

Throughout my stay, Nancy kept me in the know about what doctors were saying about my condition (deep vein thrombosis). I have been struggling with painful aching and swelling in my left leg, and Nancy took it upon herself to find ways to help me alleviate it, making sure I was informed about my options and reassuring me she would advocate for me during my stay. She never made me feel that I was on the back burner, and if she needed time to perform her duties, she always checked in and let me know I was not forgotten!
