Mr. Davis is also very patient with our clients. He listens to what they have to say and makes sure that they receive the best treatment and care possible. He evaluates and inspects each situation very thoroughly.
Mr. Davis provides phenomenal care to our patients on a daily basis. He always volunteers to fix or repair adaptive equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, etc. Recently, he took the wheels off a walker to improve the speed and mobility of a patient. The walker's wheels had gotten clogged up, which slowed the patient's movement down significantly. Due to Mr. Davis' ingenuity, he was able to get the patient moving much quicker and easier. He has significantly improved the quality of care for our patients.
Mr. Davis attends sick call with the General Medical Staff Physicians. He speaks on behalf of patients to ensure that their voices are heard and understood by the doctor. He also takes exceptional care of the medication room, lab room, and the medical supply closet. He ensures that all equipment and medical supplies are within the dates they are supposed to be, and he removes expired items immediately. He has made a great impact on improving the organization of this area. Mr. Davis is also very patient with our clients. He listens to what they have to say and makes sure that they receive the best treatment and care possible. He evaluates and inspects each situation very thoroughly. He advocates to the physicians on their behalf to ensure that the patients' needs are met. He keeps all the physicians, RNs, and LVNs informed regarding any changes or medical issues with the patients. He recently thoroughly impressed us by stating all of the patient orders off by memory as he had somehow memorized almost all of them.
Mr. Davis is very funny and makes work enjoyable. You can always count on him to make you laugh and cheer you up on any day. He recognizes when people are struggling, and he takes his time to cheer them up and encourage them. He is also very good at leading his LVN staff members. He provides them with excellent feedback and constructive criticism. Mr. Davis goes above and beyond to ensure that all patients receive top-quality care. He is always on the floor looking for ways to improve patient care. He is highly motivating to both the patients and the staff. He ensures that they improve things by giving them great feedback. He encourages both staff and patients to do the best that they can on the unit. Mr. Davis is always one of the first to volunteer to assist with a crisis situation when they arise. He will run down and assist with restraints or any type of medical emergency. Even in the most difficult cases of patients, he is always ready to assist and give feedback to ensure that the patients receive the best care.
