Tammy is super responsive, patients and families know they can count on her anytime. She listens, acts quickly, and always treats everyone with respect and kindness. Integrity is a big part of who she is. She advocates for her patients and makes sure their wishes are honored. What really stands out is how she connects with patients personally, making their final days as comfortable and meaningful as possible.

Recently, one of her patients was experiencing severe terminal agitation and discomfort. Without hesitation, Tammy took the initiative to start continuous care and stayed with the patient all day. She supported both the patient and their family through an extremely difficult time, making sure everyone felt cared for and informed. Thanks to her dedication and compassion, the patient was able to pass peacefully and comfortably. Tammy is a true team player and a positive force in our hospice. We’re so lucky to have her, and I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this award.
