The nurse was incredibly kind and gentle with my three-month-old baby. When she saw me struggling to give him a bath, she didn’t hesitate to offer help. She took over so calmly and lovingly, bathing him with the same care as if he were her own.

Throughout our hospital stay, she managed everything with such professionalism and care. This included his feeds, medications, pain relief, and sleep routine. She checked on him often, always ensuring he was comfortable and calm.

What meant the most was how she made me feel. As a first-time mom, alone in a hospital with my baby, I was overwhelmed and anxious. But her presence brought me comfort. She explained everything clearly and kindly, respected my privacy when I rested, and gently woke me when the doctor arrived, making sure I understood what was happening. She truly went above and beyond, not just in her duties, but in the way she made us feel cared for and safe. Words will never be enough to express our gratitude for the compassion and support she provided us during such a vulnerable time.
