From the very first day, when Maggie cared for my 91-year-old grandmother—who has dementia—it was with a level of grace and gentleness that felt deeply personal.
From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, professionalism, and an extraordinary level of care. Maggie was truly outstanding—attentive, helpful, patient, and consistently going above and beyond. My first interaction with her was during blood work, and she immediately made me feel at ease. Every time I needed something, she responded with a genuine smile and a calm, reassuring presence. All of the nurses and techs we encountered were equally exceptional, creating a supportive and compassionate environment. I’m especially grateful for Maggie’s remarkable bedside manner, clinical expertise, and heartfelt professionalism while caring for my great-grandmother. She was a calm and steady presence—caring, compassionate, and a true advocate for both my great-grandmother and our family. She took the time to explain every step of the care plan in a way we could understand and made sure our voices were heard. She didn’t treat my great-grandmother as just another patient—she treated her like someone who truly mattered. It was clear she had a gift for this work.
Seeing her also mentor a new nurse, who was equally impressive, was inspiring. Our experience was filled with moments of genuine kindness and skill.
