I truly felt like Jeremy was vested in my care and my outcome. He made everyone feel at ease and listened to my needs and concerns.
Clinical Skills:
Patient: I have been in the hospital many, many times, and Jeremy was the only one who did not miss anything. He was very attentive, timely in his duties, and greatly confident in his skills.
Patient's Wife: Jeremy was very observant and skilled. Not in an arrogant way, but a very approachable and caring way. He listened intently as the head nurse told him everything that happened in the surgery and what to watch for, etc. He was greatly confident and knew what he was doing, which made us feel at ease. He put in the IV with no problems or pain on the first try! Super appreciative of that!
Compassionate Care:
Patient: I truly felt like Jeremy was vested in my care and my outcome. He made everyone feel at ease and listened to my needs and concerns.
Patient's Wife: Jeremy was very compassionate in his care! He took the time to listen intently and answer any questions we had. He made sure to always ask if we needed anything before he left the room and even ordered my husband’s food for him! (This has never been done before, and we have done this procedure 10 times since 2017.) This was so nice.
Exemplary Service:
Patient: He went above and beyond. He was always checking back in a timely manner. He ordered my food for me. Always had a smile and made everyone feel comfortable.
Patient's Wife: As I have said before, we have done this procedure 10 times, and the part where they take out air every 10 minutes has always actually ended up being every 30 minutes or so instead of 10. However, Jeremy was back like clockwork every 10 minutes! Even when he went for his lunch, he made sure the others taking over were up to date and on top of things. I cannot say enough about his amazing bedside manner. He was just so personable. Also wanted to say he was very “on point” from the very start up until the very end!
Continued Commitment:
Patient: From start to finish, he had great attention to detail, and his mood never wavered. His personality was always peaceful and energetic, and he never let on if he was stressed.
Patient's Wife: I do believe we have had Jeremy in the past, but I had no idea about this nomination process, or we would have nominated him earlier! Each time he entered the room, he brought a nice energy and enthusiasm for the task at hand! He has a peace about him that just makes you comfortable and eases your anxiety about the situation at hand. He should be followed by trained nurses everywhere as a perfect example of what and who a nurse should be. We are so appreciative of his amazing attitude and service!!
