Becca is the kind of person I wish every customer service representative I had to contact would be!
I recently had an occasion to interact with one of your employees on a non-medical matter involving a phone lost by an older gentleman during, or more likely after, a visit to your emergency room. I came to the hospital the next day to try to find it. The ER and Security made thorough checks and determined that it was not left in the hospital. Since this gentleman did not have transportation home, someone kindly called a ride for him. We found that the ride driver himself had to be contacted about items left in his vehicle, and the driver could be identified in the app of the person who ordered the ride.
I left this information at the hospital and asked if anyone could help in finding where the call originated. The very next day, I was contacted by Becca. I cannot adequately describe how incredibly helpful Becca was! She was extremely patient with my long explanations of what had happened. She listened carefully and asked pertinent questions to determine exactly what was needed. She investigated the situation to find out exactly where the call for the ride originated. She contacted that person and requested their help. She kept me informed as to the progress in the matter. And even made suggestions as to the things that we could do through the phone provider.
I am positive that none of these requests are included in her job description, and she could have very reasonably said, “All that we can do is check with lost items.” But she so kindly did so much more than was required. Becca is the kind of person I wish every customer service representative I had to contact would be! I hope you are aware of the quality employee she is, and let her know how much she is appreciated!
