I would like to highlight the fantastic care received from Nurse Derrick. My mother-in-law went to have a procedure, and what an amazing experience it was. She was concerned as the last time she was there, my father-in-law passed away. Derrick was so good to her and was with her the whole time. He was very friendly and kept at ease, calming her, talking the procedure through as the procedure was being done.

This was really not what was expected and it really helped the whole process and made the entire process bearable. I was so impressed by the service that was delivered and I’d like to say a big thank you to Nurse Derrick, he is a wonderful asset to Mediclinic Nelspruit! Well done and thank you so much.
