Gem (Jen) was the best nurse I have ever had. She was so friendly and took such good care of me during a difficult night. You might have noticed that I wrote her name as “gem” because she was a jewel. I was up nearly every hour during the night, and she went above and beyond. I hate that I had to call her so much and kept saying sorry, but she said there was nothing to be sorry about. She even came in after her shift to say goodbye and wish me luck. I hope she is recognized for her care.
