Kaleija’s calmness, reassurance, compassion, and positivity were such a blessing to us, and we are ever grateful.
During my husband's second infusion, he started to have significant reactions, which became challenging when he was not responding to the typical fixes for the reactions. Kaleija Inniss immediately sensed our apprehension, asked if he could dim the lights, and extended the footrest to allow my husband to stretch his legs. He spoke calmly and explained exactly what was happening, reassuring him that his body was working on adjusting to the medication. We ended up having to move upstairs, and Kaleija assured my husband that he wouldn’t leave until the infusion was complete. Kaleija’s calmness, reassurance, compassion, and positivity were such a blessing to us, and we are ever grateful.
