My cousin had the worst day of her life, and Vanessa was nothing but kind and gracious. My cousin lost her baby, and Vanessa went above and beyond to make sure she was okay and had absolutely everything she needed. She helped my other family members and made sure they were comfortable. She is an amazing nurse and was on top of everything despite having multiple patients. I can't thank her enough for the care she gave to my cousin and our family.
