It was visible that she had a genuine heart for her role as a nurse.
My mom had been admitted to the hospital after she was found unconscious due to attempted suicide. Nurse Tiara admitted her into the room, and the timing coincided with her three 12-hour shifts as my mom was nursed back to health. During this three-day period, my mom was very unstable and weak and required a 24-hour watch. Nurse Tiara stood by her the ENTIRE time, checking and double-checking all the wires were attached, supplements were supplied, and her urination device, as well as her bed sheets, were clean. Even during the night, although the room was dark and she was visibly tired, she always sat up straight and provided 110% attentive care for my mom as she groaned and moaned in pain throughout the night. In her touch, as she checked my mom's organs or switched out wires, it was so clear that there was genuine care. In her gaze, there was focus. In her posture, there was professionalism. Finally, at the end of her 3-day shifts, in her farewell to my half-conscious mother, there were tears in her eyes as she said, "I really hope you continue to get well soon. You have a very loving family." It was visible that she had a genuine heart for her role as a nurse. My mom has been in the ICU multiple times, and so have I, but there was no one as sincere, professional, and caring nurse like Tiara.
