In our unit, we are incredibly fortunate to be led by Stephanie, a nurse manager whose support, empathy, and dedication to her team have created a workplace that is not only highly functional, but also genuinely enjoyable to be part of. Her leadership is a model of what compassionate, people-centered management looks like- and it’s made a lasting impact on everyone she works with.

From the moment I joined the team, Stephanie made me feel welcomed, respected, and supported. She took time out of her busy schedule to introduce herself personally, walk me through the unit, and check in regularly to ensure I felt comfortable and confident in my new role. Stephanie goes above and beyond to support her nurses- not just professionally, but personally as well.
