She did everything possible to make him feel calm and comforted before his procedure, including picking my son out a Star Wars blanket to make him comfortable. She provided amazing, compassionate care and created a calming atmosphere for our family.
Ms. Stacy was pleasant and informative from the moment she introduced herself to the moment she said goodbye. I can say that I never had that amount of sincerity and thoughtfulness ever by anyone. She is an asset in this industry, and I just wish every person who serves in the “customer service” industry was as professional, knowledgeable, and kind as she was. She truly made us feel at ease and I went home learning so much since she explained everything in depth. She definitely deserves a very big pat on the back.

Nurse Stacy took the time to thoroughly connect with us. The difference between bad and good healthcare is care. Often, I’ve been met with health professionals who lack empathy and compassion. Nurse Stacy reminded me that this is not just a job for everyone. She clearly cares and made my mother-in-law feel special, attended to, and comfortable. Thank you!

She was very compassionate and comforting. Professionally answered all our questions. She even prayed with us before surgery. This touched our hearts. We love our Nurse and Doctor.
Thank you so much!

Stacey has a calm demeanor and showed compassion. She offered to pray with us before surgery and we appreciate that a lot.

By the time we stepped in the OR door, Stacy was very nice and pleasant! She explained everything about the procedures and assured us that my daughter was safe. She even offered a prayer for us, and that's awesome. I really appreciate everything that she did by comforting us and slowing down my anxiety and stress. Thank you very much; you deserve to have an award.
