Coming from another country and working in a new environment initially filled me with anxiety. However, Sally's genuine care towards her colleagues opened my eyes to a deeper truth. She showed me that the core of our work lies in caring for our patients. Even with 15 years of experience in nursing, Sally inspired me to see that growth and improvement are always possible.
