I had a hip replacement. At about 2 AM my pain had escalated, and Robert came and repositioned me. I was missing my husband that had passed 5 months before and I was by myself after 53 years of marriage. He wasn't going to be there to see me through the recovery.

As I was emotional and shared why I was upset, Robert sat down and listened and talked to me as if I were the only patient there. I know the next morning was very busy, but Robert wanted to know that I was ok. My 2 AM angel!
