My daughter was brought to the emergency department for the treatment of a mental health issue. From the moment we arrived at the ER, we had a positive experience. The registration staff in the emergency department was very helpful and compassionate. They truly made a bad situation better and eased our minds during the visit. The nurse caring for my daughter Pros Yanez was exceptional. He continuously kept us updated on the progress in the ER. He was compassionate and comforted us. He really brightened our day during a difficult situation. He was truly an angel during the ER visit. Pros allowed me to see my daughter before she was admitted, and allowed me to hug her and say goodbye. He assured me that my daughter would be taken care of and I believed it. He went above and beyond and should be recognized.
