Priyanka goes above and beyond for her patients. In any free time on her schedule, she works well with her PCC to get disengaged patients on the schedule and tries to contact them and drop-ins. She's always willing to help other APPs as well.

Priyanka is wonderful, and she cares so much about me. Anytime I need help, I just call, and she comes over as soon as she can, and I just love her. Priyanka always takes her time and never rushes; she spends so much time writing what I can and can't eat. She has helped me take out my garbage bins when I had no to come take care of it for me. She makes me feel cared for, and I am very thankful to her! Whenever I go to the hospital, she is always so concerned and comes visit me to make sure I'm ok and if I need anything.

Priyanka consistently goes above and beyond for her patients — always showing up with dedication, compassion, and professionalism. No matter how busy the day gets, if an urgent patient needs to be added, she never says no. Her deep knowledge of her patient panel — including every detail of their conditions — is truly impressive.
What sets Priyanka apart is the strong, trusting bond she builds with each of her patients. It’s clear they feel seen, heard, and cared for under her guidance. We’re lucky to have her on our team!
While there are countless examples that reflect Priyanka’s dedication, one story stands out as a testament to the compassion, persistence, and above-and-beyond care she provides. Priyanka was caring for a patient facing multiple complex challenges — chronic medical conditions, homelessness, alcohol addiction, and involvement with law enforcement. Recognizing the urgency and depth of the situation, Priyanka didn’t hesitate to take immediate action. She engaged in Social Work to coordinate support and personally called multiple shelters, determined to find the patient a safe place to stay.
When the patient reached out in a moment of deep crisis, expressing suicidal thoughts from a hotel room, Priyanka didn’t wait; she assisted the patient by simply listening and giving words of encouragement, and again called multiple facilities to try and get a safe place for this patient. Through her continued efforts, the patient received the care he desperately needed, entered rehab, and eventually transitioned into a Skilled nursing home.
What’s most remarkable is that Priyanka has remained a steady and trusted part of this patient’s journey. She continues to provide care and support, proving that her commitment doesn’t end — it follows her patients through every step of their healing. Priyanka exemplifies the highest standards of healthcare through her compassion, advocacy, and relentless pursuit of what’s best for her patients. We are incredibly grateful to have her on our team.

I am submitting this on behalf of my mother. We love Priyanka; she has always gone above and beyond for us. Unfortunately, my mother has passed away, but every step of her journey, Priyanka was there. I could text or call Priyanka, and regardless of what we needed, she made sure we got it. She is an amazing Nurse Practitioner, and we were lucky to have her as a part of my mother's care.
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Priyanka for her exceptional support and compassion during a challenging time for our family. One moment that truly stood out was when we were struggling to afford wound care supplies for my mother. We had been paying out of pocket, and the costs were becoming overwhelming. During one of our visits, I mentioned this to Priyanka. Without hesitation, she responded with care and urgency: “Oh no, let us handle that.”
She immediately involved her assistant to begin the process of securing the necessary supplies through the appropriate channels. Just a few days later, Priyanka followed up with us personally, explaining that there were a few extra steps required to get approval, but that everything had been submitted. Thanks to her diligence and commitment, we received the wound care supplies within a week and a half—something we had not expected to happen so quickly. Her willingness to go above and beyond made a world of difference to our family. We are truly thankful for everything Priyanka has done for us and feel incredibly fortunate to have her on our care team.
