He went above and beyond to make sure that my mom not only received the care she needed but also fully understood her care plan.

He explained her treatment goals and challenges clearly and compassionately, ensuring that she was engaged and confident in her care decisions. Michael also advocated for my mom in her interactions with providers, effectively communicating her needs and concerns so that her voice was heard in her care. This kind of advocacy is invaluable to patients and families, and it reassured us that my mom’s best interests were always at the forefront.
