She doesn’t just oversee from a distance rather she jumps in, assisting nurses, providers, and techs in their duties, ensuring no one is ever left unsupported. She has actively coded patients and even taken heavy patient assignments of her own to help relieve the unit’s stress during critical times. If a team member is feeling unwell or struggling, she notices immediately and takes action to ensure their well-being, both physically and emotionally. The well-being of the staff is always a priority for her.

She ensures the team is well-stocked with supplies, even running errands herself when urgent needs arise.
