Nomination 1:
Jeannie demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and nursing that inspires and motivates students. She demonstrates interest in and respect for learners and uses personal attributes such as caring, confidence, patience, integrity, and flexibility to facilitate professional growth. She is fair and unbiased in her treatment of individual students, displays excellent interpersonal skills, and develops collaborative working relationships with students and colleagues.
Nomination 2:
She treats students and fellow teammates with respect and integrity in every interaction. As a pod leader, she is the go-to person for everything work-related and always makes time to be that person who will lend you a shoulder to cry on. The nominee goes out of her way to make trackers for clinical tracking so that anyone on the team can easily monitor tickets to ride. Not only is she a wealth of knowledge, but she is also a friend to all.
She makes herself available to all team members to discuss processes and student issues. The nominee also volunteers to help her teammates when they need time off and often covers for extended periods of time, doubling her workload without an ounce of complaint. Her teammates are able to take time knowing their students are in very capable and caring hands.
