I would like to nominate Jackie for the DAISY Award because of her exceptional commitment to patient care, teamwork and compassion. She consistently goes above and beyond for patients and colleagues, making a meaningful difference every day.

One example that stands out occurred when a patient family was having a difficult time in a highly emotional time and Jackie took the extra time to sit with them, listen and offer genuine comfort. There were multiple family members throughout this patients stay, and Jackie showed the same compassion to all.

In addition to providing excellent care, Jackie is always willing to mentor newer staff, step in during challenging shifts, and maintain a positive attitude that uplifts the entire team. She embodies the values of the DAISY Award through her dedication, empathy, and unwavering professionalism.

I would also like to acknowledge Jackie's ability to remain centered, and solution focused under pressure. Your efforts support a safer, more supportive enviornment for everyone. Thank you for being a role model in what true professionalism looks like.
