She is always aware of their history, their current status, and any changes in their condition, allowing her to advocate effectively and provide the highest quality care.

Beyond her own responsibilities, Gwendolyn is an invaluable resource to the entire healthcare team. She willingly assists ancillary services without hesitation, recognizing that teamwork is essential for optimal patient outcomes. Her knowledge is vast, and she generously shares it with colleagues, ensuring that everyone around her is equipped to provide excellent care.
