I had a traumatic experience as a child, which I held onto for close to 20 years, unable to tell anyone. It took me three years, but I eventually felt enough trust to confide in Charlotte, which I had never been able to do with anyone else before.

I find it difficult to talk about things, but with Charlotte I feel at ease. I have Trust in her, which doesn’t come easily to me, and for me to be able to talk to Charlotte about what happened was a big thing. To her credit, she helped me finally process it and try to come to terms with it. She was both caring and professional and treated me with dignity and respect, and I felt no judgment.

Charlotte is a beautiful person and the most kind, caring, and compassionate nurse I have ever had the privilege to meet, and the best CPN too!
