Her mentorship both clinically and professionally is one of a kind, and the amount of energy she puts into giving her absolute best to her peers, patients, and fellow leaders is unquestionable.

Amy exudes knowledge while she's at the bedside; she delivers engaging, meaningful, and empowering information as an Educator, and she shows care toward her peers as a leader and supervisor. I have been in the PICU for 9 going on 10 years and leaders like Amy don't come around all that often, the organization is beyond lucky to have her and the PICU is certainly better with her presence.
