My work is as a porter in OR. I help nurses move patients to their rooms. I help many PACU nurses bring patients to their rooms, but I like and appreciate Minzar's work because he respects the porter. Also, he respects the dignity of patients because this country is strict about a man working with a female patient. One time I will never forget: a female patient came to PACU from the OR. Because the patient was dizzy and wanted to sleep, I saw him close the curtain so the body was not exposed. Every time I help a female patient shift, he always puts a pillowcase over her head for privacy because we go in the hallway, and sometimes we see boys outside. We respect the dignity of patients. Because of him, I learned many things; I need to be more careful, especially with female patients, to respect them.

Minzhar is a good nurse. I would like to nominate my colleague for being a representation of the true values of respect and teamwork. Every time I work with him, I can witness how he shows respect not only in his work but in everything he does. He is on time for work, for everyone around him, and especially for his patients. He makes sure he respects and adheres to his cultural boundaries as a male nurse with his female nurses. Also, he creates a space at work where you can witness his efforts to help others, not just his patients. For example, when he sees you pushing a patient alone, he will come and help you without you having to ask. For me, this guy deserves recognition.

I see many nurses every day, but what makes this nurse different is how he treats everyone, not only the patients. What touched me the most was that after the patient's situation was resolved, he thanked every staff member in the room. He always says. He never makes anyone feel small. That is humanity and teamwork in action.

My husband underwent knee surgery, and after the procedure, Minzhar was assigned as his post-surgery care nurse. From the very beginning, he demonstrated exceptional care, compassion, and professionalism that truly went beyond his duty. He patiently assisted me in managing my husband's post-operative care and clearly explained everything we needed to know after the surgery. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine concern gave us comfort and confidence during a very stressful time. We are deeply grateful for his dedication and outstanding service he provided.
