It is my honor to recognize our one and only Magnet Program Coordinator, Megan Barbosa. Her leadership throughout our recent Magnet Site Visit was nothing short of inspiring.
Throughout our entire Magnet journey, Megan was an exceptional communicator who remained accessible, supportive, and committed to ensuring every team member felt prepared, confident, and valued.
Megan fosters a culture of teamwork and mutual respect, which was especially evident during our three-day Magnet Site Visit. She brought together individuals from across roles and departments, encouraging open communication and collaboration. Megan leads with respect and inclusivity, strengthening relationships and promoting a shared sense of purpose throughout the organization.
