Over the past several months, I have had several admits for chest pain. I can honestly say that I have never encountered a nurse as skilled and compassionate as Tyson. 

I passed out in the bathroom with a heart rate of 164. I had managed to pull the emergency alarm, but Tyson was already on the way per call from the monitor group. He saved my life.

Got me back to bed and then monitored me very closely. He made a point to always be with me when the doctor came in, in case there were questions I needed answered. He is young but has an “Old Soul”. Tyson takes his work very seriously and is always willing to answer questions and always puts his patients first.
 
He is a shining example of what a nurse should be. I was truly lucky and very thankful to have him as MY nurse. Piedmont is very fortunate to have this young man as their employee.
