Miranda is incredible!

She is the first nurse to blow my mind. She not only provided my 81-year-old mother with respect, but she also showed her incredible compassion and understanding and was her authentic self! Which made my mom trust her.

Mom felt like my sister (who has been an RN in ER for 20+ years) was taking care of her. I even explained to Miranda that her care was above all standards and experiences our family has been provided over the past 60+ years. Our family has utilized Trinity Regional Hospital for our family's medical needs.

Miranda, never let anyone dull your bright, exuberant “SUNSHINE” personality! You are an impeccable provider of medical services and an incredible bright light in dark moments. Never stop being authentic!

Miranda immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable when I was admitted. She pleasantly addressed all my concerns in the most lovely manner.

Even though I was afraid to take pain medication, she recommended getting my pain under control. She went ahead and told me how effective it was in controlling intense pain that I was struggling with.

Her manner and explanations helped me understand greatly the relief I would get and she alone changed my mind! She is one great nurse with lots of empathy for patients and families.

Truly, she is a wonderful asset to your ER!
