Preston went above and beyond in his care of me! He was constantly checking on me and seeing if I needed anything. If I used the call button, he was there immediately! Fortunately, I have rarely had health issues. So, when I came in on Saturday afternoon feeling the worst I have ever felt, Preston came to me in the hall when they were bringing me up from the ER to introduce himself. ‘Hello J, my name is Preston, and I will be taking care of you.’ And what great care he took!
He was very personable, courteous, caring, and professional! He explained everything I was taking, every procedure or test, and never got frustrated with my many questions. In short order, it seemed like we were old friends. His outgoing and positive personality gives him a great ability and skill to establish rapport very quickly!
