I would like to recognize Kellyanne as an extraordinary nurse in the CICU at Seattle Children’s Hospital. Our baby has been hospitalized for five months since birth and has faced very complex medical challenges, including neurological issues and being on the ventilator.

Recently, she experienced some days of inconsolable crying. During one particularly difficult episode, Kellyanne went above and beyond to comfort her. Before immediately turning to medication, she took the time to carefully and thoroughly assess her. She examined her with great attention to detail and truly tried to understand what was causing her distress.

Kellyanne suspected that she might be experiencing colic. She contacted the nurse practitioner, and together they evaluated her and identified the root of the problem. They provided special massages and appropriate care, and that night she finally had an excellent, peaceful rest. Thanks to her attentiveness, our baby is now receiving specific treatment for colic, and we’ve seen such a positive improvement.

We truly appreciate the care, teamwork, and dedication that have helped her feel better. Kellyanne is dedicated, responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and extremely clean in the way she provides care. She is knowledgeable and confident, and her experience is evident in everything she does.

We are deeply grateful for her assistance and for the love and attention she has shown our baby. With Kellyanne, we truly felt that she was treated like a princess. She was comfortable, cared for with tenderness, and we could even see a little smile on her face. That means more to us than words can express.
