When Lindsay started her shift, I was in rough shape. She immediately took it upon herself to think about the whole picture and bring up concerns, issues, and solutions that nobody else was considering. She had an extreme attention to detail in my complete care and followed everything she said she would do. She was an incredible advocate, ensuring to coordinate my care with the whole team, be present for MD assessment, asking MD questions on my behalf, and ensuring the team was covering all of my needs.

Lindsay was caring, concerned, on top of it, efficient, and put me at ease. She even arranged to get me a massage. She did all this amongst what I am sure was a very busy day for her with her other patients.

The next day, though I was no longer her patient, she came to check on me after finishing her busy shift. She truly went above and beyond at every step on a day where I was really physically and mentally doing my worst. Before walking into the room after getting report, she had already taken it upon herself to improve my care.

She is truly an exceptional nurse and human. I'm forever grateful!
