She is trusted by both her colleagues and Veterans, maintaining confidentiality and honesty in all interactions. Her compassion shines through every day as she cares for our Veterans—not just as patients, but as individuals who served our nation. Being a Veteran herself, she truly understands and empathizes with their needs, offering comfort, support, and advocacy at every opportunity. Accountability is another hallmark of Jennine’s character. She voluntarily takes on additional responsibilities, such as managing the clinic staffing schedule—a complex and demanding task. Whenever the nurse manager is unavailable, she steps up without hesitation, ensuring that staffing needs are met so quality care continues uninterrupted.

Jennine consistently goes above and beyond for our Veterans. She often works extra shifts, covers for her peers, and ensures that no Veteran’s needs go unmet. Her commitment to excellence is further evident in her participation in unit improvement initiatives.
