Amanda is truly an asset to the Clairvia Team. She possesses such a vast knowledge of the solution and is able to communicate this complex solution to our clients in such an understandable way.

Amanda is currently leading a very complex, multi-year, multi-phase implementation at DHS aka LA County. She participated in the contracting process for this client, so she understands the unique deliverables for a client of this size. Her interaction with the C-Suite is highly valued. She was invited to join their CNO in a presentation to AACN around the Clairvia solutions, and AACN has published a recent article around their use of our solution with Acuity-Based Staffing (even though it is not formally identified)

Because this client is so large, Amanda has participated in weekly sync with our Senior Product Manager and Knowledge Lead and helped identify several opportunities to improve our solution to server our clients that were implemented.

Amanda goes above and beyond to make sure that the clients are satisfied from start to finish of a Clairvia project. Whatever question, concern, or need a client has, she always makes sure they have a solution or answer.

No matter how busy she is, she always has time to answer questions from fellow teammates. She is a phenomenal mentor to new team members. She is very patient, calm, and understanding in all of her communications, whether it be with a client or with a co-worker. She works long, tireless hours without a complaint.

Amanda has constant and consistent attention to detail, especially when testing or quality checking aspects of the project that pertain to patient care. She shows dedication to the project as a whole and to making sure that the communication between the teams and stakeholders is open and honest.
