TJ was actually nominated by two separate family members during their loved one's visit to the Emergency Department:
"TJ was patient, kind, clearly spoken, and explained what he was doing and why. If he didn’t have an answer, he came back with one - pretty quickly. He didn’t seem rushed but was very efficient. He had a smile on his face every time he walked in the room. He definitely made an unpleasant situation much more pleasant. He's the kind of nurse you hope and pray for when you come to the Emergency Department."
