My Dad was in the ER for a kidney stone, and Terhan Chambers was with us the entire time. He was constantly making sure my Dad was comfortable, explaining what was happening in a gentle but informative way. We also appreciated his compassion and kindness when my dad was miserable, as well as his humor when it was appropriate to elevate my dad's mood. He changed the sheets on his own, as other help wasn't available when my dad missed the urinal, so he wasn't sitting in it too long. Terhan's bedside manner was exceptional and truly the best I have experienced!

We are so grateful for Terhan and his help. Also, just want to add since he just assessed my dad before a transfer to Christiana...Terhan saw the discomfort my dad was in, the lack of urine output, and the way he looked, and decided to message the attending to get his opinion before the transfer. My mom and I were relieved because we thought my dad didn't look good either. Praying my dad is ok, but once again, I am grateful for Terhan's presence and critical thinking.
