Dillon took care of me pre- and post-op. I had been admitted from the ER during the middle of the night, and he took over my care in the morning. He was kind and comforting right away. H

He took time to ask questions about what I was feeling, how I ended up in the ER and getting admitted, and helped prepare me for a quick move to the OR for surgery. He managed my expectations, shared his experience with a similar situation, and immediately made me feel at ease. He made me feel seen and cared for. He checked in on me frequently.

I was asleep for most of the time he spent checking in on me, but my mom said he rounded frequently and responded promptly to my call lights. He helped with my discharge and explained what the surgeon had seen and how they planned to follow up. He was truly dedicated to providing me with high-quality, compassionate, and knowledgeable care.

Anyone would be lucky to have Dillon on their care team.
