As a new Grad Nurse, I can proudly say I don't just work at Sunrise Hospital; I'm part of an incredible team- my family- and it all starts at the top with Tiffany.

She is more than just a boss; she is the heart of our unit. Her kindness, compassion, and unwavering support create an environment where we all feel seen, heard, and valued. I've watched her go out of her way for patients and staff alike, whether it's bringing a cup of water or even helping a patient to the bathroom.

These are the things she doesn't have to do, but she chooses to because that's just who she is. She never says a word about it. A true leader, a beautiful soul. Because of her, we are united. Because of her, I was given a chance. I count my blessings every day for that opportunity. For her.
